Travel is calculated by hours of travel, not traffic time. Certain areas do have a fixed charge, for example, London has a fixed \u00a375 due to the congestion and charges. If no parking is supplied then this may be added to your invoice.<\/p>\n

It is the responsibility of the customer that their employees meet the criteria. If any test is terminated due to this, you will be charged for the test.<\/p>\n

All prices exclude VAT. All payments are to be made in advance, on the day or within 5 days. Bookings, to be confirmed by booking form a minimum of 48hrs in advance, unless previously arranged.<\/span><\/p>\n

An additional charge may be incurred depending on the location, amount of tests, urgency, out of work hours, under 24hrs notice of cancellation and not fitting the criteria.<\/span><\/p>\n

We expect from clients that our staff work in a safe environment & not to be put at risk or tolerate any form of abuse. We have the right to end this service at any time due to these reasons & you will be held responsible & charged. Customers may need to provide masks or adapters for tests.<\/span><\/p>\n

In cases of FFP’s, every test will need a new mask for each candidate. The booking in form is in the agreement to all these terms & you will be held liable.<\/span><\/p>\n
